What is included in a complete design package?

Our base package includes approximately 3-5 changes to your custom 3D Design, pending the complexity of the design sometimes more will be needed. Once the project is awarded and the contract has been signed— all documents, details needed to obtain building permits and for construction of the project will be provided. Additional detailing, engineering, HOA submittals, and renderings will be calculated to the level of detail required. Your project will come with a detailed scope of work showing you exactly what is included and not included. Any 3D design fees paid are credited toward your project total upon signing your contract with us.
