What should I expect during the design process?

Your design will be completed in phases. First, research will be done to hang the parameters for design. This will include a survey of the existing site and structures if necessary. We will ask for your detailed input at your initial on-site meeting with Dylan regarding the desired form and function of the project and will also need to discuss budget. Next, we will prepare preliminary 3D concept design for your approval. Once the preliminary designs are complete and approved, construction documents will be prepared for permit submittal.

We absolutely loved working with DRC Pools. We completely renovated our pool with beautiful tile and gorgeous beadcrete glass bottom as well as stone work around the pool area. Dylan and his team were professional, paid extreme attention to detail, were always on time and always displayed a fantastic work ethic and they were always eager to please. The end result was a beautiful pool & hardscape with all the bells and whistles. After looking at many contractors and reviews for a large pool project and hardscape for our home in Anaheim, we decided to go with Dylan and DRC Pools. The backyard project is currently underway and every step of the way Dylan and his team have been top notch! Great design ideas, 3D renderings, and amazing execution. Dylan and his entire team are extremely experienced and knowledgeable. They are the best at what they do and work with you from design through build. We have already elected to expand our project and have broken ground on another part of the yard with the addition of a full BBQ island, bar, and hardscape to tie it all in. I will update the review and add photos once completed! I would HIGHLY recommend Dylan and DRC Pools!

Dylan remodeled my entire back yard - extended the pool, created a rock water slide and waterfall on my slope, built a cabana, BBQ, and fire pit, and poured extensive concrete (colored and stamped). Dylan drew the first picture of the design and was here until our first pool party BBQ bash. He is an outstanding contractor whom I would recommend without reservation. His vision for potential wow factor really brought to life a back yard the I honestly could not have imagined. His straightforward and honest business practices made the normal surprises of construction projects easy to navigate. His consistent daily progress got a huge job done in the time he originally told me. His excellent reputation with city inspectors and clear understanding of the codes avoided any nasty conflicts or delays. His desire for the highest quality work relieved me of having to nitpick for perfectionism. Most importantly, we continue to love and enjoy our back yard. It is beautiful and functional. I would use Dylan again in a heartbeat.

Dylan and his crew from DRC did a great job on my back yard remodel. Dylan helped with everything from beginning to end. He really helped us get our initial vision into a great design and layout. I love sitting outside by the fireplace under the cabana they built. They also installed all new concrete, planters, eating area, BBQ island and a fire pit. We reached out to multiple pool contractors for our project in 2012. This was a new home and we needed front and back hardscape along with a pool/spa and BBQ w island/bar in our backyard. From the initial consult Dylan came out and worked with us on a design that met the vision we had in mind for our backyard. He gave his perspective with his experience in what things would work and the ideal locations (eg - location of fire pits and water features, pool shape and dimensions etc). Already from this initial meeting I was sold on Dylan over the other contractors we spoke with. I had the confidence in him to deliver what he promised. He rendered a drawing that gave us an idea of what the finished product would look like as well. He handled all the permits and dealings with the community HOA. Once construction started his team was on time, worked hard and were respectful of our space. He supervised all major aspects of the work and made sure even minor details were looked after. He was always helpful in selecting material and would always give us his professional opinion when asked. My wife and I could not be happier with our pool and I can not say enough good things about Dylan and DRC pools. He always seemed like he cared and wanted to make sure we were happy with the investment we made. I would very highly recommend DRC to anyone looking to use his company and if I ever have any other projects in the future I will absolutely be using DRC pools.

My pool is beautiful ..the tile, the plaster, the water color I left all up to Dylan and it it's fantastic I am sooo happy!
